Established in 1992 by Herman Miles, the camp is home of Herman, Patsy and their three children.

The camp operates under the auspices of the Wildlife and Environmental society of Zambia and we donate 60% of the accommodation and camping proceeds to the society.  These funds are used for conservation and also sponsoring educational trips for Zambian children to the camp.

At Wildlife Camp we offer a much-needed niche for the budget traveller, providing rustic en-suite chalets and a beautiful campsite on the riverside.
Our chalets offer a classic combination of rustic, comfortable and affordable. Each chalet is en-suite and offers guests a tranquil setting alongside the Luangwa River and lagoon areas. Our main bar and restaurant caters for all tastes and is conveniently located in the centre of our camp.
The campsite is complete with grassed areas, shady trees, ablution blocks with hot showers, thatched shelters, power points, bar and sparkling swimming pool.

The Wildlife bush camp offers guests a chance to experience an over night walking safari - complete with bucket showers and meals cooked on an open fire.

We offer a variety of packages; from full board (including accommodation, all meals and two game activities per day), D B&B to accommodation only.

If you are looking for a comfortable relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the bush on a very affordable budget, this is the ideal place for you to stay
